Resilience, Adversity & Reinvention

Building and leading companies through extraordinary growth, a global pandemic and the 2025 closure of RB Medical Supply taught Justin that professional setbacks do not have to determine personal worth or future possibilities.

Your greatest setback does not have to define your next chapter.

Leadership Under Pressure

Leading more than 100 employees, coordinating manufacturing and responding to urgent public-health supply needs demanded trust, accountability, calm decisions and a commitment to people.

The Entrepreneurial Mindset

From consulting to regulated manufacturing and healthcare software, Justin speaks about curiosity, calculated risk, persistence and learning from both success and failure.

Reinventing Yourself in an Age of AI

Technology changes quickly. Justin encourages leaders and individuals to keep learning, improve the way they work and approach AI with practical judgment and a willingness to adapt.

Inspiring the Next Generation

Through university engagement, mentoring and work as an Ohio-licensed CTE teacher, Justin connects real-world business lessons to students' futures and the value of building confidence and skills.

Reaching Young People Who Need Someone to Believe in Them

Justin worked for two years at a juvenile detention center for boys. That professional experience informed his belief in second chances, accountability, compassionate guidance and helping young people see beyond their present circumstances.

Your circumstances may shape your beginning, but they do not have to determine your future.

Mental Health, Resilience & the Courage to Keep Going

Justin speaks with compassion about unseen struggles, emotional resilience, connection, seeking support and holding on to hope during difficult times.

You never know what someone else is carrying. Lead with compassion, seek connection, and remember that hope remains possible even in difficult times.

The Brevity of Life — Love, Forgiveness & What Truly Matters

Justin and his sister served as full-time caregivers for their father during the final chapter of his life. Their father passed away in Justin's home. That experience deepened Justin's perspective on the brevity of life, family, love, understanding and forgiveness.

Life is shorter than we imagine. Love generously, forgive thoughtfully, and never take the people in your life for granted.

Reclaiming Yourself — Health, Discipline & Personal Transformation

Boxing, strength training, cardiovascular fitness and consistent habits have become part of Justin's personal approach to discipline, sustainable progress and rebuilding momentum.
