Commercial Strategy & Revenue Growth

His background includes national account management, a $25 million first-year program at a Fortune 500 manufacturing company, sales team development, customer acquisition, account renewals and government and commercial relationships. He used Salesforce, Zendesk and internal conversion metrics to guide coaching, forecasting and customer success.

Manufacturing, Supply Chain & Operational Execution

Justin directed complex manufacturing and supply-chain operations, including three-shift production running 24 hours a day, six days per week. During the pandemic, his organization developed infrastructure with the capacity to produce up to 500 million masks annually, while navigating quality, regulatory and international logistics demands.

SaaS Leadership & Technology Commercialization

ArmorVax was a hosted, subscription-based software platform used by approximately 745,000 people. Justin led commercialization and cross-functional teams spanning sales, engineering, training and customer support, including adoption and account-renewal efforts. His role was executive leadership, not hands-on software coding.

Leadership Through Crisis & Reinvention

Building organizations also means facing uncertainty. The 2025 closure of RB Medical Supply became an opportunity to reflect on risk, resilience, leadership responsibility and how to apply hard-earned experience to a new chapter.
