As demand for personal protective equipment surged, the company expanded into medical supply distribution and domestic manufacturing. Its work included international cargo logistics, including an Antonov aircraft mission, and developing production capacity of up to 500 million masks per year.
ArmorVax — Healthcare SaaS Commercialization
Justin helped commercialize ArmorVax, a hosted software platform serving public health needs. The platform reached approximately 745,000 users and required coordinated sales, implementation, support, training and account management.

Justin designed a comprehensive business plan and operating model for a major behavioral health nonprofit, exploring how a group purchasing organization could create operational value. This was a strategic planning initiative, not a claim of an operating venture or realized financial returns.
